The Ginetta G20 car was produced for the single-make Ginetta G20 UK racing Championship.
The popularity of the Championship has remained at a high level in the UK, Europe and Scandanavia largely thanks to the 'fun factor' these cars create at a comparatively modest cost.
The lightweight fibre-glass body covers a tough tubular steel spaceframe chassis driven by a 1800cc Ford Zetec SE engine. Being a front-engined, rear wheel drive car hones car control whilst the slipstream effect allows for close racing which develops racecraft.
Rules and regulations prohibit the modification of any major component of the car and all cars are shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tyres . This prevents expensive research and development by competitors in search of extra power and speed and ensures all are are identical.
These core ingredients are a recipe for close, thrilling racing between evenly-matched drivers.

- A rmb 10,000(≈USD 1,539) deposit (non-refundable) to cover entry fee & reserve the car
- A rmb 10,000(≈USD 1,539) balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Separately a returnable (Given you don't crash) rmb 15,000(≈USD 2308.5) "crash" deposit is required
** All crash damage is payable upto a max crash damage liability of rmb 30,000(≈USD 4,617)
** Normal wear & tear items will not be chargeable
** You need to have a valid FIA license and valid FIA race suit, helmet, gloves & shoes
