Booking Deposit
Customer who wants rent the car is necessary to contact with sales@tracktorque.com by an email and pay HKD 2000 per car/bike as the booking deposit after the confirmation of sales@tracktorque.com.
Damage Deposit
Track Torque does require a crash deposit, which can be held against your credit card. This amount will not actually be charged unless actual damage is caused to the car during your day. Through our credit card charge service provider we are able to hold a charge without posting it. As long as no damage is incurred on the car we shall not post the charge and no amount shall show on your credit card bill.
A returnable (given you don't crash) HKD 100,000 damage deposit is required, after the Vehicle checkup the deposit could be returned if the vehicle without any damage. Or it can be used for settling the rental payment.
Cancellation of booking
Customer who wants to cancel the booking is necessary to contact with sales@tracktorque.com in advance by an email, then the booking will be canceled after the confirmation of sales@tracktorque.com. Track Torque has the right to retain the booking deposit if there is any cancellation without notice, also the deposit will not be refundable if the customer no show.
